All rates are per delivered link, plus VAT. The per link maths is simple: at 10+ you pay £50 less per link than the 5+ rate, and at 20+ you pay £75 less. A 20 link agency saves £1,501 a month against buying the same links at the entry rate. Volume is counted across your whole agency, not per client, so four clients at five links each puts you on the 20+ rate.
02What each link includes
The per link price is the whole price. Each delivered link covers prospecting, the story angle, outreach to the publication, the content the publication needs, the placement itself, and the entry in your unbranded monthly report. Every placement is on a real publication or news site in the DR 40 to 95 range, and every one passes the same acceptance checklist before it counts as delivered.
If a link later comes down, we replace it within the following month at no charge. That cover is built into the rate, not sold as an extra.
03What you will not pay for
No setup fee. No onboarding fee. No reporting fee. No charge for white labelling the reports with your logo, or for keeping them plain. No minimum term beyond the current month, and 30 days notice to stop or change volume. We sell links wholesale. Everything around the link is just how the product ships.
04The margin maths
Charge £550 to £700 a link. That is the going retail rate; £5,500 for a 10 link month is the recommended retail price. Buy that month from us at £3,499 and you keep £2,001 without hiring an outreach team. At 20 links the recommended retail is £10,000 a month, your cost is £6,499, and the margin is £3,501. Even the entry tier keeps £1,500 on a £3,500 retail month. We publish these numbers because a reseller who can see the margin clearly is a reseller who stays. 05Getting a rate confirmed
Email info@whitelabellinkbuilding.co.uk with your expected monthly volume and the niches your clients sit in. You get a written confirmation of your tier and start date within one business day. If your volume is above 40 links a month, say so, because at that level the rate is negotiated rather than listed. How tiers move month to month is covered under volume tiers.
Q+AQuestions we get on email
- Do the prices include VAT?
- No. All rates are plus VAT. This is a wholesale B2B service, so you will be reclaiming it anyway.
- Can I mix several clients into one volume tier?
- Yes. Volume is counted per agency, not per client. Ten links spread across five clients still prices at the 10+ rate.
- Is there a rate below £325?
- Above 40 links a month, yes, by negotiation. Email your volume and we will quote it. Below that, the rate card is the rate card.
