Privacy policy

Short, because we collect very little. White Label Link Building ("we") is the data controller for personal data handled through this website and our email correspondence. Contact: info@whitelabellinkbuilding.co.uk.

What we collect

Three categories, all of them obvious. First, correspondence data: your name, business email address and the contents of emails you send us. Second, order data: the briefs, client site details and anchor instructions you supply so we can deliver the work. Third, basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) for security and capacity purposes. This site sets no analytics cookies and runs no tracking scripts.

Why we process it

To reply to enquiries, quote rates, deliver ordered work and invoice for it. The lawful basis is contract (performing or preparing to perform an agreement with your business) and legitimate interest (running, securing and improving a wholesale service for business customers). We do not profile you, and we do not send marketing sequences; if you email us, you get a reply, not a newsletter.

Client site data in briefs

Briefs usually describe your clients' websites rather than people. Where a brief contains personal data, we use it only to deliver that campaign, we keep it inside that client's separated campaign records, and we never contact the individuals concerned. We act on your instructions for that data.

Who sees it

Our own team, our hosting and email providers, and our accountant for invoicing records. Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we publish no client or agency names. Where providers process data outside the UK, they do so under recognised safeguards such as the UK Addendum to standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Correspondence and order records: six years from the end of the tax year they relate to, matching UK accounting requirements. Enquiries that never become orders: deleted within twelve months. Hosting logs: rotated automatically within ninety days.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email info@whitelabellinkbuilding.co.uk and we respond within one calendar month. If you are unhappy with how we handle a request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a revised date. We will not quietly repurpose your data under an updated policy; material changes affecting existing correspondents are notified by email.
