01The three tiers
| Tier | Commitment | Per link |
|---|---|---|
| Entry | 5+ links / month | £400 |
| Mid | 10+ links / month | £350 |
| Wholesale | 20+ links / month | £325 |
Your tier is set by your committed monthly volume, not by any one client. An agency running four clients at five links each is a 20+ agency and pays £325 a link on all of them. Every tier buys the same product: links earned through outreach, sitting inside real articles on real publications, DR 40 to 95. Full totals and margin sums are on the wholesale pricing page.
02How your tier is set
You commit to a monthly volume by email, we confirm it in writing, and that volume prices every link that month. The commitment rolls month to month until you change it. There is no annual contract and no lock in beyond the running month plus notice. We would rather hold you with the rate than with a signature.
03Moving up a tier
Immediate. Tell us the new volume and the better rate applies from the next month's links. If you land a big client mid month and want extra links straight away, we will take the order at your current tier rate and re-tier you from the first of the following month. Moving up is never penalised, for the obvious commercial reason that we want you to do it.
04Moving down, or stopping
30 days notice, by email. Your new tier, or your exit, takes effect from the first full month after notice. Links already in build when notice lands are finished and billed at the old rate. Nothing keeps running silently after you stop: no zombie invoices, no auto renewal surprise in month six.
05Carry over, stated plainly
If we deliver short in a month, the shortfall carries into the next month and is delivered first, at the rate you already paid. You are never billed twice for the same link. If you order above your commitment in a month, the extra links are billed at your current tier rate. Carried links appear flagged in the monthly report so both sides can count them without a meeting. Shortfalls are rare because publication schedules are built into our targets, but the rule exists for the month one of them slips.
Q+AQuestions we get on email
- What happens if I only need 3 links one month?
- Tell us with 30 days notice and we re-tier you. Below 5 a month we will still quote, but the entry rate card starts at 5+.
- Does unused volume expire?
- Paid for but undelivered links never expire; they carry and deliver first. Committed but unordered volume simply is not billed. You pay for links, not for promises.
- Can different clients have different rates?
- No, and you would not want it. Your whole agency sits on one tier, so every client benefits from your total volume.
